The China All-Stars have started training for an exhibition match against All-Stars International, which is to be held on May 15.
The training commenced at 5:00pm on Tuesday at FHA field, 23rd Road, Festac Town.

It was an 11-a-side training match in which the team with the dark training bib won 3-1.
The chief coach of China All-Stars, Chinedu Okoroji, claimed his team would be ready for the exhibition match.

Coach Okoroji told Amuwo News that the game is against ex-Nigerian internationals and will be held at Surulere Stadium.
“Like every other game, when you meet another team, you must be well prepared.”

He said, “There’s not much at stake anyway, but then it is a match and not just an in-house training, it is a friendly match.
“When you know your All-Stars are going to meet All-Stars International, comprising ex-internationals, you should expect something big.”
An ex-footballer, Prince Onwuka Kalu, who currently plays for China All-Stars, is hopeful China All-Stars will make residents of Festac Town proud by winning a trophy on the day.

It was observed that the China All-Stars comprise retired professional footballers who are looking to stay fit and continue to play football for the love of the game.
Prince Kalu informed Amuwo News that an All-Star competition will commence in June at the FHA field.
